Mozzerella sticks ================= - Mozzerella cheese sticks (or cheese cut into 3-4" long sticks about 1/2" thick) - Flour - Egg - Bread crumbs with italian seasoning - Parm cheese (shredded or crumbs) - Marinara sauce Instructions: Set oven to 400 1) Freeze mozz cheese sticks for 1 hr 2) Put bowl of flour. Another bowl with egg beat up. A third bowl with bread crumbs, italian seasoning and parm cheese stirred up. 3) Roll in flour (or toss in bag with flour) to coat 4) Dip in egg + roll in bread crumb mixture 5) Cook on sheet in oven fo 8 minutes, turning half way through the time 6) Serve with warmed marinara sauce for dipping
